Standard Returns
First, we want you to know that your satisfaction is what matters most to us.

If you've decided you don't like what you ordered after having it in your home for a couple of weeks, no problem. You will receive a full refund for your item(s).

Conditions for Returns:

  • The item was purchased in the last 30 days.
  • The item is not used or damaged.
  • You have the receipt for proof of purchase.
  • Item still has any original packaging or tagging.

    If you need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to do so.  Please return your items with any original packaging or tags.  Please carefully package fragile items so that they don't arrive to us damaged.  Once we receive your unused and undamaged items, we will issue a refund on the method of payment used to place the order. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

     

    Shipped Returns

    If your purchase was shipped to you, our standard 30-day return policy mentioned above applies, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    WE DO NOT ISSUE RETURN LABELS OR PAY FOR RETURN LABELS ON UNWANTED ITEMS. You may take your return to the shipping carrier of your choice and return it to:

    If your return is accepted, you are responsible for shipping the items back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and Issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

    If your item arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item, please email JamieLynnHomeLV@gmail.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect item and we will respond within 48 business hours. You are not responsible for these items and we will either issue a refund, discount or have you send back the item. DO NOT CALL as this process must take place exclusively through email.  We will not respond to voicemails regarding damaged items. 

    Please have integrity and be honest about your returns. If there is a mistake on our end or if an item is damaged in shipping, we will issue a refund, discount or return label. 

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Standard Shipping and Processing Policy
    Standard Delivery orders are shipped via standard USPS or ground service, and estimated to arrive within 3-7 business days. 

    Layaway

    Jamie Lynn Home, L.L.C. is happy to accommodate purchases through our layaway plan. To start the layaway, 25% down is required. This 25% installment is non-refundable for any reason. The length of our layaway plan is 6 months. Please see store for more details.

    “Self-Service” Furniture Delivery

    Jamie Lynn Homes, L.L.C. is unable to offer shipping of furniture pieces at this time. It is the customer’s responsibility to get the furniture to their home either by their own vehicle and trailer if needed or by hiring a local moving service. Jamie Lynn Home is not responsible for any freight fees or damages to the item after it has left the store. All furniture sales are final. Thank you so much for your understanding.
